RECYCLING AND RUBBISH
The control of refuse and the recycling bins on the estate is a matter of great concern! Everyone can help by following these few simple guidelines!
ALL REFUSE MUST BE PUT IN THE COMMUNAL BINS
If your nearest bins are full please use another.The refuse collectors are not obliged to take items not in the bins. Keep all lids closed to prevent vermin and gulls.
LARGE ITEMS OF RUBBISH, FURNITURE, TV'S etc
must not be left outside the bins. The refuse collectors will not take these but the council will collect them on request.

REMEMBER. THIS IS A PRIVATE ESTATE.
The council do not come here to pick up litter etc.
Keep the estate tidy of litter and rubbish !!!




GLASS
Bottles, Jars an other glass items go in In the Red bin
PAPER AND CARD
In the Blue Bin.
Boxes should be broken down to save space
PLASTIC
Bottles, Tubs, Trays and cartons go in the Black Bin
METAL CANS
Food and Drink cans. Rinse out food waste and put in the designated Black Bin




FOOD WASTE
In the Brown Bin. Ideally compostable bags should be used (available from the council together with kitchem caddies).
GARDEN WASTE
Major waste will be taken care of by our gardeners. Small items such as dead flowers etc. can be put in the Brown Bin
NON-RECYCLABLE ITEMS
All other items must be put IN the big Green BIns, Do not leave items outside the bins, Ensure lids are closed to deter Seagulls and vermin.
